Elkhorn Native Plant Nursery is a a premier source of quality California native plants, grasses and some non-invasive grasses. Elkhorn Native Plant Nursery is mainly a wholesale nursery located on three of the 1,100 acres that make up Elkhorn Ranch in Moss Landing, California. We are about 1,5 miles inland from the ocean, overlooking Elkhorn Slough, a marine protected area and internationally recognized location for migratory birds.

Wholesale orders are usually larger orders. We only sell wholesale to: Licensed landscape architects, licensed C-27 landscape contractors, goverment agencies, non-profits, cities, water agencies and all other horticultural professionals in possesion of a business licenses or sellers permit. OPENING TIMES: Moss Landing is open to the wholesale trade by appointment, Monday through Friday from 8-4.
The public is welcome on Fridays from 8-4. If you can't make it Fridays, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you depending on the wholesale workload.
You have probably been hearing a lot about the
Light Brown Apple Moth (Epiphyas postvittana) lately. Elkhorn Native Plant Nursery is being inspected on a biweekly basis by the Ag department and we are complying with all state and federal regulations.
We are also being inspected monthly for
SOD (sudden oak death). Our nursery is pest free.
